The vines grow on soils rich in fossils, which give the wine a clear mineral side as well as a smooth, rounded feel. In the glass, it opens with notes of green apple, pear and a touch of citrus, followed by subtle hints of toasted hazelnut that reflect its Jura origins. On the palate it is precise yet
